CARLO E CAMILLA IN SEGHERIA – MILANO

Carlo e Camilla in Segheria is set within a former historic sawmill in Milan, restored to preserve its original industrial architecture, with exposed brick and concrete walls and high ceilings. Opened in 2014 by Carlo Cracco together with art director Tanja Solci, the restaurant has become a recognized destination in Milan’s dining scene, known for its distinctive blend of contemporary cuisine and strong visual identity.

Within this unique setting, G. Moscatelli designed the lighting project, featuring wrought iron and cut crystal chandeliers. Custom-made for the space, these pieces combine the solidity of hand-forged iron structures with cut crystals, establishing a dialogue with the existing architecture and contributing to the atmosphere of the main dining room without overpowering it.
