For the Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan, one of the city’s most distinguished luxury hotels, G. Moscatelli designed a significant lighting project dating back to the early 1990s.
The original project featured an Empire-style chandelier descending from the magnificent decorated dome, crystal chandeliers for the dining room, and Empire-style chandeliers with putti, paired with coordinated wall sconces, for the breakfast room.
Over the years, the project has evolved while preserving some of its most iconic elements.
Today, the custom-made crystal chandelier that descends along the staircase leading to the guest rooms, and the silk-shaded wall sconces illuminating the corridors, remain as a testament to a design approach that combines elegance, craftsmanship, and continuity over time.
